Mount Aukum Winery Zinfandel

Black cherry, raspberry, white pepper, nice zin.

2nd bottle in the last week, consistent with previous bottle, perhaps not as complex, FYI incredible amounts of sediment.

This zin was old school, nice to see they can still make them like this. Big, jammy fruit, dark cherry currants/ cassis, raspberry jam, loads of white pepper and a smooth yet spicy finish. This was a pleasant find, thanks sister in law!
