Medium cloudy lemon colour. Medium nose with pear, orange, blood orange and passion fruit. Medium taste of pear, orange, blood orange and wet stone. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. Small and lazy bubbles. A very good and well made Pet Nat. Drink now or over the next couple of years. Goes well as an aperitif, or with poultry.
