Pavelka Rosé Cuvée

A 50/50 blend of Blaufränkisch and Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes see only 1 hour of maceration. 11,8% alcohol, 4 g/l residual sugar, 6,8 g/l acidity. Luminous pink color. Quite ripe and very fruit-forward nose with expressive aromas of fresh apples, some melon and a little bit of brambly raspberries.
