light green gold, bright citrusy lichee, without any rose, nice balanced acidity, nice minerality, and just off dry with almost a touch of brininess which complemented the fresh brine of caviar and 5:10 eggs. Outstanding American gewurz. ****

Hazy in glass, straw with tinges of green. Lemony with hints honey and spice. Pit fruits; apricots, peaches. It has a beautiful salty sweet thing going on. Wonderful balance. Medium acidity. Medium plus finish. Really nice and gained some weight over the course of three days. Wonderful with homemade chicken fried rice.

intense lemony nose with some salty notes. the palate is full of citrus notes w some salinity and undertone of stone fruits. delicious with morimotos food.
