Jacob's Creek Sémillon Chardonnay

On the nose there are floral notes. Floral and weak lemons on the palate with a hint of oak. Low acidity, but a finish that was beyond what the nose and initial taste would suggest. Had this wine with a scallop/shrimp risotto. It was actually a solid pairing to the meal. I would hesitate to label this a fun wine, but it is certainly serviceable.
