Pale straw in color. Full, forward & fragrant nose of ripe fruit aromas of lemons/limes, grapefruit & some gooseberries with overtones of floral & grassy notes, stony, some honeysuckle & a hint of minerals. Light bodied with a very good concentration of well balanced & smooth textured, vibrant, ripe fruit flavors of green apples, lemons/limes & white grapefruit with lemongrass, stony & minerals. Lingering finish. Drinks quite well at present. Sold primarily in one-liter growlers.
