Woodward Canyon Chardonnay continues to deliver at a high level. At 6 years of age, this is drinking beautifully. Great balance and freshness. Delicious!

Floral notes abound along w mineral. A reliable chard, a go to fave in our house.

On pour, lemon/lime green apple and pear. After opening a bit, more green apple, peach. On the palate wonderful balance between fruit and acidity, a hint of toast, no mayo butter anywhere to be found.

A standout wine against several bold reds served at a recent family gathering. Steal and mineral flavors abound with a silky texture. WC chard is always a hit. Don't serve too cold.

Nice well made Chardonnay, with some oak. Nothing special.

Corked. A disappointment for sure. High QPR.

I used to be an ABC guy until I tasted the WC chard lineup. This is medium bodied chard that provides a sturdy but crisp structure. A lemon curd flavor carries this wine with a slight oak and warm finish.

Honey and nectarine on the nose; well balanced; stone fruits. Enjoyable with fish.

Rich and buttery, a little too much oak for my taste. Good fruit tries to escape the oak with time. Reminds me of a California Chardonnay rather than a northwest wine.

Nice, easy drinking Chardonnay. Good expression of Walla Walla fruit along with it's grassy undertones.

Nice, but maybe not yet ready to drink - would have benefited from a bit more aging.

Too sweet for my taste. Others liked it.

This wine had pineapple and honey aromas but was slightly oxidized.

I have to say it--the nose has a pungent cat pee/mercaptan funk going on. Maybe it's the style or age showing, but it really sticks out. Toast is there as well. More apples in flavor, good acid and overall balance. Plenty of life there, but it's a question of style.

Golden yellow color. Dominant vanilla oak on the nose. Tastes of apple and pear. Rich full bodied finish. Quite oaky though out. 14.9% alcohol.
