10th anniversary of purchasing our home in Savigny les Beaune (2001). Part of a great celebration of food, friends, and wines that went way to late into the night for the neighbors. Still very fresh, the cherry fruit is now in the background to a floral and perfume foreground. Smooth and round and lush. Maybe because this was a magnum, but there is lots of life left in the bottle but I would say it is at it's best now …

Medium ruby colour, pale at the rim. Fruity and vanilla aromas, strawberry and vanilla on the palate. Prolonged length. No sediment. Good.

Medium ruby colour, pale at the rim. Fruity and vanilla on the nose, strawberry and vanilla on the palate. Prolonged length. Not very tannic, so I’m not sure if this will improve with age. Good.
