House drinking : The wine shows high intensity, very flinty but also a touch Bretty, ripe citrus, ripe quince, earthy, a touch rubbery The wine shows light body, ripe stone fruit, buttery, bread, toast, medium acidity, mineral / steely but aggressive, bitter herbal, medium finish. Very weird, with time it turned into chamomile/tea

Pineapple and fresh sliced apple in the nose, balanced with medium body, smooth acid, fruit forward, flavors of ripe peach, nectarine, orange and small stones, juicy and mouth-watering, drinking well, great with ham and Mac n cheese
