(Decanted for half an hour) Brick red colour with a mature nose showing lovely violets and fresh grass at first and opens up with more sweeter bites of blackberries, with silk smooth tannins on the palate (Best 2003-2028)

(Decanted for half an hour) Deep red colour with a mature nose showing barnyard, leather and a fruitful red berry sweetness in a delicious way. Palate still focused on primary fruit and showing a pleasant tannins structure keeping it all together very well. (Best 2003-2028)

(Decanted for two hours) (85% Merlot and 15% Cabernet Franc) Mature nose showing forest floor, leather, grass and some dried herbs. Smooth tannins on the palate and showing some fruity sweetness before the balanced finish showing some dried fruit. (Best 2008-2028)

(Decanted for half an hour) Brick red colour, but it took some extra time to open up on the nose. Showing warm red berries, dark notes of mocha and truffles in a very pleasant way. Smoothing tannins on the palate with drying fruit and a warm and balanced finish. This was very nice with a creamy almonds potatoes gratin, but was at it's best in the end of the dinner. Should decant for one hour next time. (Best 2003-2023)

(Decanted for two hours) Brick red colour with a mature nose showing cedar, forest floor and some dryin red fruit. Palate with dried fruit and smooth tannins and nice silky smooth and balanced finish. This was still drinking very nicely, but is fully ready now. (Best 2003-2023)
