Boxwood winery (at the tasting room) : 38 % merlot, 36 % cabernet franc, 15 % cabernet sauvignon, 11 % petit Verdot. Black pepper, blackberries, licorice. lovely nose. Lots of fruit on the nose. But no real structure and falls apart on the palate.

38% merlot, 36% cab franc, 15% cab sav, 11% petit verdot. Lighter bordeaux blend with fresh red fruit aromas. Raspberries dominate the palate, along with some vanilla and smokiness. Nice for quaffing but not complex.
