A shame that Crowino was completely wrong about this because this wine is bombastic. Iconic producer making wines that can outlive some of the top reds of the world. Like drinking a liquid cigar. My days.

Verifying the last taste. Yes, this is too young. Leave until 2020. (Excellent fruit. Very ripe and rich, though manages to feel quite agile and possesses some grace. But also a bit too tight and tannic and chalky at the moment.)

Very good. However, this is coming across as young and very tight on this showing, with the sweet fruit rather hidden behind fierce tannins: it is not expressing itself fully, though this is OK to drink at the moment. I'd suggest waiting until 2020 to see if some of the sweat, straw and molasses start to emerge, or later. 90-95 but NR due to the wide band I am suggesting.

Purchased at the winery. Fantastic wine. Amazing balance, flavor profile and finish. Croatian wines are so impressive. Interesting texture and varietal has wonderful complexity, different than a Zin or Cab, that adds to the intrigue.

Super fruits ! Complex , verry balanced , considering this is still a young plavac . And long ! Good acids and ripe tannins . Drink now with a decant . No rush .

Zlatan Plavac 2010 vs Moreau Santenay Cuvee S 2013: - Farbe: Zlatan etwas konzentrierter und blauer, aber der Moreau konzentrierter als erwartet - Moreau ist ein toller Wein. Schöne Frucht und Säure, kaum Tannine. Durchaus typisch PN - Zlatan ist sehr herb und kaum Frucht. Cabernet Bouquet und Geschmack, mir fehlt die Frucht.

delikat mørk rød farge. Rund og fin, smak av mandler, litt tresmak(fat), og litt jordsmonn. leskende og lett å drikke. Smaker også en del av druen som er blitt brukt som minner om sangiovese synes jeg.
