Summer is on its way on the West Coast. This wine works well for today. The wine looks Straw colored. It smells like Honeysuckle, and Peach blossom. It tastes like Grapefruit, Pineapple, and Passion fruit. The body is Light/Medium. The wine has Silky texture. The wine finishes Medium.

80% Semillon & 20% Sauvignon Blanc ~ Color is a pale yellow with green tints ~ On the nose there's lime, pear, grassy notes & an earthy minerality ~ Moderate body with crisp acidity, green apple skin, pineapple, under ripe green melon & a strreak of minerality on the end ~ Hollow on the mid palate & tight right out of the bottle but opens up in the glass ~ Overall a nice white Bordeaux that won't hurt your wallet
