Fuller bodied white. Very bitter and very acidic which turned out being a good unique contrast. It had a ton of bite with sharp mineral notes with a little carbonation. It also has toasted and apple notes but the fruit took a back seat. It was a big mess of extremes that actually works and I really enjoyed the bottle.
