very similar to the previous bottle, but showing a bit more weight and nuance. in its optimal window, for at least a couple of years. potato-crusted flounder w/chive remoulade; roasted potato, shaved fennel & garden carrots, arugula, pickled red onion

pale clear yellow: pear & apple blossom, chamomile; med + weight; orchard fruit custard, meyer lemon, pie crust, soft-ish & creamy; low acid but pleasing cornmeal-crusted rainbow trout with lemon & pecan brown butter; roasted fingerling potatoes, asparagus
