Light gold. Honeyed nose with hints of mushroom too. The palate tastes sweet, honeyed and rich on entry but it then gives way to a dry, clove spice finish which is long lasting, provides a lovely balance to the wine. This was drunk with Thai Chicken curry and worked brilliantly, as it would with any curry dish as it's got the body and the spice to match this type of food. Excellent value.

Fresh quince, yellow plum, honey too. Off dry, great fresh fruit, lovely acidity. Brilliant.
