Closed nose, maybe as dash of lemon sherbert. Bone dry in the mouth with a lemon and sweet grapefruit taste, mouth puckering acidity with a short finish. There's a flinty minerality with this wine, an elegance which is undermined by a slight simplicity in overall texture and complexity. 88-89pts
