Great spicy aroma. Hints of licorise and black cherry with a pepper. Went great with our fillet mignon. I wish I had decanted this as it had a lot of sediment. It's too bad I couldn't have brought back more than one of these from Australia! I would have liked to age one of these. 2003 seems to be a great year for Australia Shiraz.
