Golden Delicious Apple, anise, honeysuckle, mineral and salty rock. Savory and long, with some body and lift. All around gorgeous and inviting. Interesting and engaging. This will age, and yet is very pleasing today. An array at the beginning, then ends very focused. Drink now - 2035.
