Bordeaux blend from (Croatian) Dalmatia: Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Aged for two years in oak barrels. 13,5 % alcohol. Tasted day one drank day two. Deep red color, almost purple. Intense aromas of herbs, ripe black fruit, blackcurrant and cedar (day two, aromas can best be described as meaty). Flavors of black fruit, pepper and hints of vanilla. Dry. Fresh medium+ acidity.
