Domaine des Pasquiers Domaine des Pasquiers Côtes du Rhône, France, Rhône, Southern Rhône, Côtes du Rhône

On nose: subtle notes of lavender and clove. On palate: above flavour notes follow through, with cranberry, red liquorice, a ghost of grenadine/ pomegranate, and clean acidity....a balance of savoury and a ghost of sweetness.....lacks the meat and tobacco notes, I favour, but will have its followers, a decent CDR.
