Très, très beau vin, surtout pour accompagner les magnifiques Crevette aux Poivres de Sichuan fait maison par l`ami Pedro. C`est fort gouteux, florale et épicé. Sur les poires les litchi et les abricots avec de l`eau de rose et du gingembre. Long et persistant en finale. Super bon! By the glass at Noble Rot in Wellington. Fleshy, concentrated, just off dry with good balancing acidity and a bittersweet, sappy edge. Tasty. Comes across as young, but enjoyable, with plenty of typicity.
