Bungert-Mauer Ockenheimer St. Jakobsberg Ortega Beerenauslese

Mmmm, a 35 year old Beerenauslese, bought from the winery directly, provenance was perfect. The cork left the bottle surprisingly easily, whole and wet to the top, but not over. A really deep amber and the nose was exquisite, honey and apricot, bit of a marmalade feel to it as well. The palate followed, beautiful honey, an acidic bite to it, just excellent!
