Tasted at the winery. 8g/l, 15 months on lees, 100% Pinot noir Salmon pink, strawberries, patisserie, nice soft mousse, clean, decent finish

Lovely pinot-accented nose with strawberries and rose petal. Texture is full and creamy. Eton mess. Acidity very under control. The fruit lingers. Just a little development but mainly all about fruit. One of the best English roses I've had.
