Walgate Blanc de Blancs

Had over two days out of several glasses. Love the bruised apple note below- spot on. A little funk, a little leesy, tons of character. Good mineral persistence. A very nice bottle of bubbles.

Bruised apple on the nose, spicy and earthy, touch volatile Very creamy, lovely texture, touch wild but nothing to frighten the horses, hazelnut. Lots of character. Great fun.
