Very nice Mosel Riesling. Good acidity but the fruit comes through very well. Classic kerosene and green apple. Slate and rosemary on the finish.

Surprisingly good for $8! Crisp and clean, not overtly sweet.

Very much what I would want a riesling to be. Nice clean flavors of peach and lemon.

Off dry ... well made with minerality and vibrant acidity carrying through to a slightly sweet and long finish. Bonus: at 9.5% ABV you can practically drink the whole bottle. (Whoops ... I didn’t say that)

Spicey chicken dinner with Mike at Seabrook. Total Wine ~$10. Light floral apple nose. Pale yellow. Medium body semisweet presentation apple middle and soft even acid finish. Great value.

Clean, subdued aromas with floral, flint, plastic. Med-minus body, some ripeness and minerality with green apple acid on the finish.

Nice, clean taste. Enjoyed it with hard French and Italian cheeses along with grilled veggies.

Little fruity, little sweet; enjoyable, but not excited about the finish.

Perfectly drinkable, and paired fine with Indian food, but a little disappointing. Remembered this being a bit sweeter when we'd tasted it, but seemed pretty dry and flat. Off bottle?

What I really like about Riesling is the natural thick unctuous viscosity in the mouth. What I don't like about Riesling is the often overpowering, in your face malic acid, that my palate can't stand. They seem to have made this one just for me. The true Riesling loving crowd is not going to like the acid profile, I do. They got plenty of fresh fruit, like pear, peach, apple and melon. They captured just enough of that famous German …

VERY surprising value bottle. Was excellent on it's own but was really stellar with a spicy meal (in this case Malaysian Beef Curry). Aptly named for rocky/minerally base with good acid for a 10% alc. Riesling.

Quite a good riesling at a very fair price. Opens with flint and citrus on the nose, and initially was pretty sweet and a little "thicker" than I would like, but eventually this came around with exposure to air, and gave off nice flavors of apricot, lemon, some minerality, and on the second day quite a bit of grapefruit. Well done and I would recommend.

I think some of the other reviewers have been a little tough on this guy. This is a sweeter riesling for sure and if you're looking for dry this will Not fit the bill. What it is is a nice clean (apropos no?) drinkable riesling. Begins with a tart nose with honey and apple. I agree with the reviewer who mentioned slate on the palate -- it's here and balances out the sweetness well. Good deal of acid. Pretty long …

Put this in the column of favorite Rieslings, particularly for the price. Floral aromas with stone fruits, apple and mineral. Lush nectarine, pear, slate, and citrus flavors. This wine off dry with a beautiful silky texture, balanced acidity, and clean finish. Pairs wonderfully with food, easy to drink. Delightful.

This is what I love about German riesling -- razor acidity, clean fruit, rocky slate, and a bit of sweetness to blend them all together. Beautiful wine, this was a standout at a recent get together. I will definitely be getting more, especially at the price point. edit: I agree with Reyman, this is DRIPPING with slate. I am a riesling "rockhead" and love this characteristic, so take that into consideration - my 89 points are biased toward that.

Crisp, clean riesling with balanced acidity. Lemon and pear on the palate with noticeable minerality--it actually lives up to its name. This wine is light (both in color and body), pleasant and easy to enjoy--it would work well with food or for entertaining or as an everyday option.

Somewhat too sweet for me, but the father-in-law was drooling over it. Big Peach and slight citrus overshadowed the tart/acid that I was longing for. I was really hoping for some sense of minerality, but didn't get it. I'd give it another try if I found it for under $8.00 but not for the $11.00 I paid.

a pretty non-descript riesling. simple nose with some lychee and pear. creamy peaches on the palate. no real minerality. hints of sweet pears and a decent finish. nice, simple riesling to have around for parties, but nothing really unique.
