Torrelongares Tinto Garnacha TLG

P&p. Raspberry/strawberry/prune aromas, with some warm cinnamony/cedary spice and earth; very Grenache; pleasant enough. Similar on the palate. Good acidity keeps it lifted and drinkable. Tannins are moderate; fairly noticeable in the finish. Not bad, but a touch overripe/alcoholic (though nothing extreme) and basically uninteresting.

Offbeat Spanish Wines (SF Wine Trading Company) : Medium center. All pine resin on the nose. Pleasantly lush with nice volume of fruit, good acidity and cedary wood that is most evident on the finish. It does show some alcohol.
