Perhaps the driest Prosecco I have ever encountered, and for that matter the highest quality in my limited experience. Stone, chalk and minerals are the ever present elements on both bouquet and palate. Some lime on the finish which is rather light. Not very complex but clearly a top representation of first class Prosecco.
