Decanted for an hour. This is ripe and ready now, and will last in the cellar for some time more. Excellent racey red cherries on the nose with a hint of tomato paste. The palate shows strong tannins, needs food to go with, excellent acidity and great red fruits, cherry and a touch of minerality. An excellent wine that has benefited from being in the cellar for these years, worth the wait!
