Ripe modern sort of Bordeaux, plums and chocolate, but with a nice cut to it, plenty of bite, then leather and more chocolate. Oak nice and restrained too. Despite it's opulence it has that all important refreshment value. Ageing well, no hurry to drink. It's a good St. Emilion impersonator.
