Deep blackish purple. Nose is caramel, tobacco, black cherry, leather. Very smooth, subtle tannins and a nice graphite element. Ei "a little bit of flower in it", she liked. Good but lacks mid-palate complexity. Not sure if it can develop further.

Interesting to see a note here whose gist is pretty much the opposite of mine... I think this bottle represents superb value. I honestly don't expect much from a $25 retail Cabernet Sauvignon from anywhere in the world - but particularly Washington. Nevertheless, this wine delivers on just about every level that you'll come into it expecting from a Cabernet Sauvignon. It has good, rich, pure fruit, a solid streak of tobacco leaf complexity, excellent width and length on the …

Very mundane, not much fruit. Weak up front, and weak finish. Poor value

clean Medium opaque deep purple without a hint of garnet ripe blackberry, violets, blueberry, plumb, cassis, cedar, vanilla, graphite on the nose medium plus acidity medium plus alcohol Juicy ripe blue and red fruits on the palate, cedar on the palate Ripe, polished tannin, nice grip, nice oak integration A very nice cool / high mountain style Cabernet, more fruit than oak, but not cooked or over ripe.

Massive oak recedes after a decant, a bit of alcohol heat on the nose. Supple dark fruit, cumin, and chocolate with a medium finish. Entry level Cabernet and ready to drink for steak night.

Blackberry front and a bit of leather aftertaste. Really balanced.

Heavy cedar and dark fruit on the the aroma. Cedar powers through the fruit character of black cherry and blackberry notes. Medium tannin character mostly from the oak and medium acidity. Body is medium. Overall, the oak over powers the wine. It’s a decent entry-level wine.

Only a cab was going to suffice today. This is a solid one from Washington. Black cherry, plum, blackberry, green bell pepper, cocoa, vanilla, molasses and cedar on the nose. Palate is bold, and jammy. Nice structure and memorable finish.
