See previous notes but this wine is finally coming into focus on the palate. It is still fresh and the red fruit vibrant. I think it will be better next summer.

Lovely strawberries and cream with a bit of herb action too. Decent structure and a nice finish. Drinking well now.

This is a big rose true to its place. Strawberry fruit, round, and a hint of heat on the finish. However, I think this pairs great with roast duck and lamb dishes with loads of herbs.

Deep pink. Rich, lively strawberry fruit. A touch of residual sugar and petillance. Tasty!

Impressive rose as it drinks closer, or just like a red wine I should say. Started a little heavy but this is a wine that really needs time and air. Lovely floral notes (like fruit leaves) on the nose. So, very vinous, a lot of fresh red fruits like ripe grenadine, strawberry and raspberry. Full body, this is meant to be consumed with food and actually improved over 4 days. This should be even better in 3-4 years.

2011 French Rose (San Francisco Wine Trading Company) : Deep pink. Dark fruit. Heavy and one dimensional.

This wine's deep, dark pink appearance was a seductive start which was continued into a pleasant strawberry aroma with well balanced acidity and some slightly herbal notes. Very enjoyable.
