Yummy!!!

Some nice brioche notes and a creamy mouthfeel in this sparkler, even if it isn’t super complex. Absolutely great value for the price.

Perhaps a bit past its prime, but opened nicely as it lost its chill. Bit of spice, lactic notes are very subtle.

I always struggle a but with a pairing for our Thanksgiving turkey and this champagne-style California wine was ideal. Family schedules dictated a small, early, family get-together this year. Such an easy sipping wine and it had enough acidity that it was a refreshing pallet cleanse. Fantastic value!

The wine looks straw colored. The legs are fast. It smells like a touch of lemon. It tastes like light raspberry. The body is light and has smooth texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity and no tannin. We enjoyed this bubbly. Nice and refreshing on a Sunday afternoon!

Quite gold with pink hints in the color; clearly aged and probably past its peak but still very pleasant with lots of complexity. Air didn't help; if you open it, drink it!

Similar to my experience 3-1/2 years ago, this just isn’t very good. Comes across as sweet, with huge bubbles that dissipate quickly, little in the way of complexity, and a weak finish. Definitely a pass in the future.

This delightful sparkling wine is holding up well. Still lots of bubbles! I find it interesting in reading other notes that most mention a pink/copper color. This bottle was a pale amber without any other color noted. Smooth, slightly crisp, just delightful for a Sunday brunch.

This is really a nice wine for the price. A copper-pink hue from spending just a little time on the Pinot skins enriches the typical straw color of bubbly. Once again I'm amazed at the color here. Much darker than most bubblies, a sort of light amber. Oddly cloudy this time, but still tastes great. Big flavors of zesty citrus.

Refreshing and the bubbles never end.

There is nothing quite like opening a bottle of bubbly, it is an experience and brings up feelings of nostalgia and celebrations. When the cork popped off the Epinona I got my first wiff of floral and pineapple scent. Filled my flute and the bubbles started to explode like fireworks bringing more aroma to the top of the glass. Lots of froth when opened and poured into a flute. As the mousse settles the color reflects a medium golden color, definitely much deeper in hue than the white gold I would expect from a young Champagne or upper end CA sparkler. Finally, I get it! I think this needed a few years bottle age as this now has the hallmark of fizz to compete with some of the french stuff. It's not a champagne beater but it's got good fruit richness and now the acidity has calmed a touch, it brings some added layers. Good stuff, sadly my last bottle.

Every time I open a bottle (all from the same order) it is better than the one before. I am pleased I have 5 more bottles. Easily as good as any French Champagne that I could not or would not easily pay for. Bright and crisp and full of mineral and pear. A hint of citrus and clean refreshing sip after sip.

The color on this is stunning. There's some coppery pink that creeps in and makes it a sort of bronze. Gorgeous and unlike any bubbly I have seen. Has an interesting note of raw milk on the nose. The palate packs in a huge amount of flavor, with an explosion of tangy citrus that leans more toward orange than lemon or lime. There are deeper, subtle notes of passionfruit there as well. Refreshing.

Nice color, almost a rosé. Very flavorful, with some nice fruit notes. There's enough sweetness to balance the strong acidity common to sparkling wines, but not so much to make this a "sweet" wine. Very enjoyable, and very affordable at the Angel price, too. :)

Very good

Pleasant and unoffensive, but nondescript and certainly nothing to write home about either. Tart citrus with a faint tinge of breadiness. Disappointing given the hype.

Blind Red Wine Tasting (Plymouth, MN) : Acidic, dry, and tart. This is the harsher side of brut. An absolute miss from Naked Wines.
