Pale greenish-gold color. Apple sauce and cinnamon nose. Lightly sweet with balancing acidity. Tart, appley finish. Lovely. Goes quite well with hot dogs and cabbage.

Aromas of peaches, crushed rock and herbs. The palate shows stone fruit, pineapple, and minerality. Medium finish. For my palate, a bit more acidity and it would be even better. Drink over the next year or two.
