Drank with Kristy and sushi--sushi was very spicy and distracted a bit from the wine, though the wine held up. Wine was good. Very pale in color for a dry red, and a little light for a cab franc. Dark fruit, a little bell-peppery. Flavors were good and balanced but a bit subdued, keeping it from being truly great.
