Guldgul färg, klar Citrus, lite gröna äpplen, blommigt, vanlijglass, askopp, ek smörigt Hög syra, underbar längd, runt och fylligt. Lite enkelt i munnen.

This is still a very nice bottle of Chilean "burgundy" with less of that struck matches and more fruity aromas coming through. However, this time the peer group was a lot tougher as it was tasted alongside two burgundies and a bottle each of catena's White Bones 09 and Kumeu river Hunting hill 06. Still very good but now known and less of a surprise so perhaps with that a more restrained score.

Match struck nose with some complexity and good fruit in the background that will emerge more with time. Delicous fruit, fresh acidity, bite, perfect balance and so very burgundian in style. One of the very best Chardonnays I have tasted from the new world. Will be interesting to follow over the next 5-6 years. The surprise of the night with a fantastic price point for that quality. 93-94p
