salmon-like colour, very small bubbles. excellent. nose: strawberries and wild strawberries, some chalk, tobacco and kind of creamy aromas. taste: high acidity; firm structure; strawberries, raspberries and wild strawberries with some creamy sensations; plus smoky notes; mousse of great softness and quality; soft, long, creamy finish.
