This is one of those wines you want to drink and then wish you hadn’t because then it is gone! Purely delicious. Great balance resulting in velvet tannins and long finish.

It's certainly sweet and obvious, jammy and stalky at the same time, it smells of liquorice allsorts and there is some alcoholic heat, but it has got flavour and fruit. Much can be said about this wine, but I would not scorn it with a pepperoni pizza. To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven (Ecclesiastes, 3:1). In the British Airways lounge at San Francisco International Airport.
