At the end of a long wine evening in good company after the lunar eclipse. Last fruit day of July switching to root day, full moon, blood moon. What a night! The wine shows a medium dark brick red and light opacity. The nose is dominated by an overall cinnamon impression. Also light cuncumber notes. Typical of biodynamic wine making (dixit Abi and Kaia). Super stemmy and carries into palate.

Very little fruit on the nose, animal marks. VA as well. Thin and hollow palate, collapses completely after an hour in the glass. Undrinkable for me. Chez Jesper and Tina.

Needed time, but improved. More closed than Corvees 2009. Primary red fruit. Much more minerality.

DEGUSTO - NEIVE : Degustato alla cieca. Tanti raspi, pompelmo rosa e olive in salamoia. In bocca è molto salino ed esplosivo. Molto riconoscibile il tannino di Nuits, ma tra i cru di Prieuré-Roch il Clos des Argillieres è il più elegante e meno rustico. Grandissimo vino già pronto. Solito stile, solito copione, solito liquido orgasmico.
