Nice light gold color. Big oakie nose with lots of gala apples. Unfortunately that is about all of the goodness coming from this beast. Not well balanced, not much flavor. I get a lot of bland oak on the palate. To be fair, the bottle may have been flawed as it tasted as if it was semi-oxidized.
