Sol Rouge Cabernet Sauvignon

Aromas, slight cherry, a hint of cranberry. Hint of stone fruit Such as plum. Taste: tangy, very dry. Long finish. The tannin is overpowered by the tanginess. Lite bodied. Unique. My best guess is that this could age a little longer, perhaps as much as four or five more years.

A lot of sediment in the bottle, we opened it to take a taste, and put it back into the wine cooler. Some aroma notes of cherry, and a little plum. A little tart and tangy. When using the rest of this, I will decant it, in the hopes of allowing the sediment to settle in the wine to open up a little bit better

Bitter. Glad to see gone.
