Cave Mont Blanc de Morgex et La Salle Rayon

A bright, perfumed nose offers notes of grapefruit, pear and cantaloupe with a hint of matchstick. On the palate fruity but damn near in the most neutral way possible. Bone dry with high acidity that leads to a sour finish. Very flinty and a bit on the austere side. Not very complex, not crowd-pleasing at all, but pure and quite representative of the grape variety. Wouldn't buy again but then I'm not kicking myself for paying the 8 € either.
