2018 Westcott Brilliant was fruity and fun to drink. The Niagara Sparkling Rosé was clear and pale salmon in colour with colourless effervescence. on the nose, there were aromas of strawberries, red cherries and grapefruit, followed by a light touch of bread. On the palate, it was dry and rather light-bodied, with medium-high level of acidity and an easygoing zesty short finish.
