Screwcap enclosure. Pale garnet. Medium intensity nose. Obvious tertiary development with notes of cherry, spice, earthy, plums and a hint of strawberry. Medium body but pronounced intensity. Tannins are medium and fine - this is a smooth and well balanced mouthful that you’re pleased to have. The acidity is high and the balance is really good for the tannins: one has to look for them. The acidity rather gatecrashes the party towards the end of the palate profile, but it …

Vibrant ruby color. Ooh, the aromas are unique, with smoky, beefy, mushroom tones, over vibrant raspberries and red plums. Notes of roses, rhubarb, white pepper and paprika add delightful complexity. The palate shows crisp acidity and dusty-light tannins, with juicy cherry and tangy raspberry fruit. The wine has an interesting mix of airy-floral tones with savory elements, so this rose hips, rhubarb, mushroom and grilled steak combo is just delightful. If you like red fruits and savory tones in your …

Screw cap enclosure. Med garnet/ruby in colour. Medium nose intensity of vanilla, raspberry, dark fruits, spice and leather and yes… farmyard. Full body on the palate, dry and pronounced intensity. Acidity is med(+), so too the tannins. Nicely balanced and a decent fruity finish. It’s drinking very well and not worth hanging onto unless you’re really into earthy wine. It was a bit “pubby” (my term for wine that’s been open for too long but still served in pubs at …

What an excellent and particular Pinot Noir, expressive, complex and great QPR. Medium clear ruby color with light violet hues. Intense red fruit aromas, ripe strawberries, cranberries. Earthy like damp forest soil with spicy notes. Medium bodied, off dry, silky mouthfeel, structured, layers of flavors, juicy and savory, good acidity, integrated tannins with a long mouth watering finish. For our palate this wine is in its peak right now. We paired this one with Corned Beef & Cabbage, it worked …

PN com doze meses de estágio em barricas de carvalho francês. A cor é o típico cereja translúcido.
