The nose has notes of honeydew and apple. Crisp acidity, off dry, uniformly fine bubbles. Medium finish. Would prefer it be a tad more dry, but for less than fourteen bucks, I’m not going to quibble. Not necessarily a substitute for good champagne, but I’d buy this again.

Wow, this is genuinely amazing for the price. By far the most bready/yeasty Cava I've had, doing an excellent impression of an inexpensive Champagne for like 1/3 the price. Highly saline lemon tones on the nose with an understated but definitely-there toasty quality. Wonderfully intense/fine bubbles and solid acidity. A touch of sweetness maybe like candied lemon, but still ultimately extremely dry. Killer QPR around $15.
