Bio Assyrtiko 2017, from 550m. high altitude single vineyard in Halkidiki, in 6month sur lie maturation. Bold aromatic volume of citrus blossoms, grapefruit & freshly baked bread scents. Highly refreshing mouthfeel of framed med acids & solid med mineral spine on med body. Citrus yeasty palate edged to lime acid med finish. Nicely made mainland Assyrtiko 2017 with good space for improvement. Could perform even better in summery conditions.
