This wine is still tight, acidic and structured, but it is also tasty, stylish, fruity and appealing. It is displaying pleasant notes of dark berries, smoke and spices.

This is in a really nice phase at the moment! At the beginning of this year the wine was still fairly tight, but it gives now a very balanced, pleasant and tempting impression, at least after a long decant. The wine is structured, but fruity, displaying alluring notes of dark berries and pepper. As said, the wine can be enjoyed now, but there is certainly potential for ageing as well.

Agree... This is a solid daily drinker at a great price/QPR.

Providing nice notes of dark berries and black pepper, this wine is a stylish and pure Chianti Classico. It is still somewhat tight on the palate, and I had expected it to be more fruity and intensive on the mid-palate, but the wine is still quite pleasant to drink even at this age. I think that this wine has a considerable aging potential. For the price of 14 euros in Tallinn, Estonia, this wine certainly provided great value.
