Clear, pale yellow color in the glass. Aromas of fresh grass and flowers with a bit of spiciness. Flavors of lemon, pear, and crisp minerals. Full-bodied for a Pinot Grigio, with smooth mouthfeel and soft fruity finish. Excellent with fresh fish and light pasta.

Dry and crisp. Herbaceous. Medium body. Great food wine. Love it with oysters.

Lovely stuff; nose with ripe pear, ginger, some phenolic notes like olive oil/nut oil, floral, a hint of mineral; palate with good richness and depth, but remains fresh. A pepper hint and phenolic note on the palate are quite nice. Very good value for the quality.
