Light straw in color, medium alcohol based on viscosity. Nose has moderate concentration, with floral notes balanced alongside citrus. The palate is fresh with good fruit, lively and bright, with a notable salinity coming through in the finish alongside good acid. Medium body, medium+acid, medium finish.

Apple and sour pear on the nose, not complex on the palate but quite refreshing when drank on a hot day. Medium acidity

Aroma: Yellow apple, pear, earthy Alcohol: tastes like a 12.5% Not sweet Low acidity Light medium body Medium-long finish Flavor: Apple, pear, a little pyrazine. Served ice cold, which was NOT good for the wine. Very biting at that temperature. Improved drastically with warmth, with floral notes appeared when it was room temperature Would like to try this bottle again at a warmer temperature because the floral notes were starting to get interesting at the end. Not a huge fan of this one. It has some herbaceous notes, almost hoppy
