Quite powerful marked cassis, spice, blackberry and some leathery vegetal hints aromas and flavours. A medium to full bodied excellently concentrated, and well textured mid palate with a thread of acid, some vegetal leathery tobacco notes. Ends longish. Beautifully round and textured with the same slightly sour acids. Drink up.

Nose of roasted capsicum and blackberry, with bitter notes of cardamom, anise, vinegar, and steak. There are medicinal notes of bay leaf and eucalyptus, and lifted, perfumed notes of cranberry and rose. Palate is light-bodied and juicy, with flavours of cranberry, red capsicum, and blackcurrant. The acidity is bright, but becoming sour and bitter; this is past its prime, but still interesting and quite nice to drink.
